The core of "Rust" overall sound is saxophone in conjunction with electronics, where it is sampled, electronically processed and manipulated together with various forms of field recordings, analog noise and synth voices. 

The album is mixed  by Harald Melvær Øgaard and mastered by Taylor Duepree (12k Mastering). I made the cover myself with some help from Harald.

Skogskammer mixes ambient, electronica and jazz elements together, where sampling and sound design based on saxophone sounds interact with analog synths, drum machines and field recordings..

Ro is a duo album with John Derek Bishop on live sampling. It was recorded live in five churches on the West Coast of Norway and released on Jazzland Recordings in 2022. 

Solo album consisting of compositions made by sampling, electronic processing and reshaping of material taken from Norvald Dahl's solo piano album "Flying High". In addition, I have used saxophones in the project. Mix by Steven Grant Bishop, mastering by George Tanderø. The cover art was created by Oddbjørn Sørvik and the layout was designed by Norvald Dahl. Flying High Collage was released on Dahl´s label, Blåmann records (2021).

Mind Vessel is a duo album with John Derek Bishop  at live sampling. The album is mainly composed of saxophone recordings that have been sampled and processed through electronic software and hardware. Larger improvised sections and partial composed melodies blend together through rhythmic repetition, harmonic textures, and ambience. 

The contrast of natural organic sounds meeting electronic manipulation is an investigation that interests the duo.

Mind Vessel was released on Jazzland Recordings in 2018.
